Modern life has outpaced our biology, leaving many of us fatigued, foggy, and reactive.

I call this the Ancestral Paradox—the clash between ancient physiology and modern stress disrupts the gut–brain connection, and hijacks our decisions. My work expands on the evolutionary mismatch hypothesis by integrating stress physiology, the gut–brain axis, diet, mood, and decision-making.

Through this lens, I explore how chronic stress and depleted microbiomes reshape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and how we can work with, rather than against, our biology.

By translating complex science into relatable language, I help people understand why modern life feels so hard on the body—and how to restore balance in the gut, the brain, and the mind.

Most importantly, I give audiences actionable ways to strengthen their health, resilience, and quality of life
