Human performance has biological limits.
Keynotes and workshops on performance, stress, and biological capacity.
Neuroscientist | Public Speaker
At the core of my work is a simple principle: behavior drives performance, but behavior is constrained by biological capacity. When capacity is limited, behavior narrows regardless of effort, skill, or intention. My talks provide a practical framework for understanding how stress, cognitive load, and recovery influence everyday behavior, and how expanding capacity improves performance at both the individual level and across workplace culture.
I also offer specialized talks for women and neurodivergent individuals and teams, addressing how biological load and performance demands are experienced differently — and how designing environments that work with human biology leads to more sustainable, inclusive outcomes.
